Douglas Steiner
President Doug Steiner brings more than three decades of experience in real estate development and construction management, leading the delivery of multifamily, mixed-use, senior housing, commercial, and single-family communities across diverse markets. His work is defined by a disciplined approach to design, execution, and collaboration to achieve our client’s project objectives.
A visionary yet grounded leader, Doug operates with a deep sense of purpose, guided by principles of integrity, stewardship, and faith. These values inform not only how projects are built, but how teams are led and partnerships are cultivated.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington, as well as an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Eric Bauer brings over 25 years of experience overseeing the execution of complex residential and commercial developments throughout Southern California and Nevada. With a career shaped by leadership roles at some of the nation’s largest home builders and general contractors, he offers a rare combination of field expertise, operational precision, and strategic oversight.
Eric is recognized for his ability to consistently deliver high-quality projects with efficiency and discipline, while maintaining a strong commitment to accountability and service. His leadership ensures that each project is executed with rigor, respect for stakeholders, and an unwavering standard of excellence.
His expertise spans mixed-use and multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects throughout the City of Los Angeles.
